Job Summary:

Our Technology & Outsourcing practice group is seeking an associate with at least 6 years of experience to join their team. You will lead complex commercial transactions focusing on blockchain/crypto matters. You must have deep crypto knowledge and strong technology transactions experience. M&A experience in the crypto space is a plus. We are open to staffing this role in our Dallas, Los Angeles or New York offices. Applications should be submitted online through our web apply portal. Job Requirements:

Qualifications Significant crypto/blockchain knowledge and experience 6 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting (preferably at a law firm) Must be barred in the jurisdiction where you will practice
