In this energetic role, you'll engage with customers to understand their needs, showcase the latest wireless products, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their connectivity. Duties Greet customers warmly and determine their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversation Demonstrate products, including phones, accessories, and related devices, to highlight features and benefits through interactive product demos Assist customers with selecting the right plans, devices, and accessories, upselling where appropriate to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products while adhering to visual standards Conduct stock checks, assist with inventory management, and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, services, and store policies while maintaining professional phone etiquette Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment such as grocery stores or electronics retail Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings and customer interactions Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transactions is essential Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to enhance sales performance Knowledge of retail merchandising, stocking procedures, and customer service best practices will set you up for success Ability to maintain professional phone etiquette and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in all customer interactions
