About Facilities Management Services (FMS) & Operations Center Facilities Management Services (FMS) supports the RIT community by designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining a high-quality, cost-effective campus environment. The FMS Information Systems Assistant is part of the FMS Operations Center and plays a key role in providing administrative, technical, and data management support across FMS. This position supports departmental systems, maintains critical operational data, assists with technology-related needs, and helps ensure the accuracy and efficiency of business processes. The role also develops and maintains documentation, coordinates equipment and asset records, and serves as a resource for department-wide information systems and operational support.
