• This will be an on-site position at Blue Ash CBO in Cincinnati, OH.

The Denials Support Specialist provides support for all denial and audit activities across the Mercy Health ministry.

Essential Job Functions:

Provides support for all denial and audit activities across the Mercy Health ministry. Processing and preparation of outgoing mail and data entry. Meeting regulatory compliance requirements. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in physician and hospital operations, billing, AR follow-up, denials & appeals, compliance, and provider relations.

Minimum Years and Type of Experience:

2 years' applicable experience strongly preferred Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
