Pilot Floor Workflow Oversight Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute mechanical/functional test workflows for prototype surgical device evaluations. Cross Functional Collaboration Ability to work with engineers, R D, quality, tissue lab teams, and support functions to meet study timelines. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Skill in identifying equipment/test issues and providing quick resolution or escalation to engineering teams. Technician Training & Coordination Ability to train and mentor technicians on equipment operation, measurement, documentation, and safety practices.
