About the Role We are seeking a Pega Technical Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery for complex, multi-system initiatives. This role partners closely with IT, Product, and Business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document end-to-end functional and technical requirements across Pega workflows, data, integrations, security, and system dependencies. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end functional analysis for Pega-driven journeys, translating stakeholder needs into detailed functional designs. Produce and maintain high-quality analysis artifacts, including current/future state process flows, use cases, data mappings, integration requirements, and non-functional specifications. Define functional specifications for Pega data and integration flows, including data models, transformations, and integration patterns that ensure accuracy, resilience, and regulatory compliance. Create and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories in Azure DevOps, ensuring traceability to requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria throughout the delivery lifecycle. Communicate key decisions, impacts, and dependencies effectively across delivery teams and stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$102,000 - $110,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
