In this role, you will represent wireless products and services, including mobile devices, phone plans, and internet solutions. This is a customer-facing position within a retail environment where you will assist walk-in customers, present product options, and complete sales transactions. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) Greet and assist customers inside the retail store Initiate conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Present and explain wireless plans, mobile devices, and internet options Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes Upsell and bundle services (devices, accessories, and service plans) Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales floor Track daily sales activity and customer interactions using company systems Participate in team meetings, product training, and performance reviews Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and competitor offerings What We're Looking For Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Ability to handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Interest in growth into leadership or management roles Bilingual candidates are a plus Compensation & Growth Guaranteed pay with commissions earnings (average $3,000-$6,000 per month) Paid weekly as a W-2 employee Ongoing training and development with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in retail sales and customer service Product knowledge in telecommunications and technology Ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development Clear path for career growth based on performance
