From repairing a broken device to finding the right accessories, protection, or replacement device, you'd play an important role in creating a great customer experience while building your sales skills and earning uncapped commission.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a full-time Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers while driving sales across our products and services. Here's what you can expect:

• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and services.
• Generate sales of protection plans, accessories, refurbished devices, and other offerings.
• Meet or exceed established sales and performance goals.
• Explain repair solutions, estimates, products, and technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer leads when you're not assisting customers in the store.
• Follow up with customers and leads through phone calls and other available channels.
• Process sales and repair transactions while maintaining accurate customer information.
• Stay current on products, services, promotions, and technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

GED. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales environment and the ability to meet sales goals.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Bilingual spoken and written are preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION

You'll earn $15.00

• 17.

00 per hour in base pay, based on experience, plus uncapped and ungated commission. Our commission program rewards sales performance across multiple products and services, with an average commission of $750 per pay period and top earners averaging $1,400 per pay period.
