Required Education :
You meet the following criteria: Must be enrolled in the Portland Community College Bioscience Technology Program ( Associate Degree). Required Skills:
Strong planning and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying organizational levels. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Complements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion. Working knowledge of safety, business/quality systems, and quality assurance concepts, including the application of current GMPs in aseptic processing and production. Familiarity with aseptic processing principles, regulations, and industry guidelines relevant to biologics. Experience in designing and delivering innovative training solutions, including immersive training simulations and utilization of advanced technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). Fundamental understanding of scientific and engineering principles relevant to Aseptic Process & Equipment, including isolators, filling, inspection, packaging machines, sterilization systems, and associated regulatory requirements. Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Oregon is $20.00- 21-00 per hour.
