Job Description
Pay range: 26-36/hr

Description Purpose:
This is a position that provides advanced technical support for one or more project teams concurrently.Key Tasks:
- Proficient in the application of a broad set of analytical and technical tools within a single technical discipline (Mechanical, QA, V&V, etc.), with a strong emphasis on Risk Reduction testing (RRT) and Verification and Validation (V&V) testing.
- Possesses the technical skills and knowledge to function effectively in a second technical discipline, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and project outcomes.
- Proactively seeks assignments and works to identify breadth of tasks. May take lead role in selected technical activities.
- Demonstrates proficiency with analytical skills necessary to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems within the primary technical discipline, including the application of Instron testing.
- Handles multiple concurrent projects, understands priorities of assigned tasks, and plan daily activities accordingly. Develops creative solutions to challenging problems, ensuring compliance with protocols.
- May provide guidance to designers/technicians. o May include training, mentoring or coaching.
- Collaborates with a broad group of cross-functional staff.
- Provides input and may participate in recruiting and selecting teams.
- Supports testing from concept to V&V and beyond as necessary

Supervisor, Engineers, Designers/Technicians, Vendors and Suppliers Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Required
- Associate's Degree
- or 2-year trade/military school
- Preferred
- Minimum 5 Years designing/drafting Experience
- Preferred
