Overview This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows:

. Periodic travel to Lancaster, PA and for team/other scheduled meetings to client meetings when required to gather customer requirements for integration. The Specialist serves as the technical bridge between commercial banking products and clients' enterprise systems. Works directly with corporate and institutional clients to design, configure, and implement integrations that enable seamless use of Fulton's treasury and cash management solutions. This role blends deep technical expertise with client-facing communication skills to become a trusted advisor who understands both the banking product suite and the client's IT ecosystem, ensuring smooth onboarding, secure data exchange, and optimal product performance. Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical contact for commercial banking product integrations during client onboarding and implementation. Assess client IT environments, including ERP systems, authentication methods (SSO/SAML/OAuth), and file transfer protocols. Translate client business and technical requirements into integration specifications and configuration plans. Configure and test secure file transmissions (e.g., BAI2, ISO 20022, NACHA) and API-based data exchanges. Collaborate with internal product, operations, and security teams to ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security standards. Troubleshoot integration issues, working directly with client IT teams to resolve connectivity, authentication, and data mapping challenges. Provide technical training and documentation to clients for ongoing product use and maintenance. Participate in product enhancement discussions, providing feedback from client integration experiences. Support sales teams during pre-sales engagements by advising on technical feasibility and integration approaches. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and industry integration standards. Represent the bank at client technology workshops, industry events, and user groups. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience.

(Required) 3 or more years proven experience with SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). (Required) 3 or more years strong background in secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS) and API integrations. (Required)

Pay Transparency To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $151,600.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
