Immediate We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $19.18/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Summary Operate, set up, and maintain automated packaging equipment in a GMP manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include machine operation, changeovers, troubleshooting, quality checks, production documentation (SAP/MES), material handling, and maintaining safety, quality, and 5S standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and meet production targets.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience in a GMP/SOP environment
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
• Basic computer, math, and English communication skills
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently
• Willingness to work overtime

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP, MES, inventory systems, or material-handling equipment.
