Epicor Technical Specialist Details:

Direct Hire position $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Provide technical and functional support for the Epicor ERP system, troubleshooting issues, resolving user requests, and ensuring efficient day-to-day system performance. Develop, maintain, and support Epicor customizations, including dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, workflows, and other system enhancements to meet business needs. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that increase efficiency and user experience. Deliver Epicor user training, create and maintain system documentation, and assist with testing, upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as a backup resource for general IT helpdesk support while maintaining a high level of customer service and collaborating with vendors, developers, and end users to resolve issues and drive enhancements.

Epicor Technical Specialist Qualifications:

5+ years of Epicor ERP experience (10.2 and Kinetic required), with strong technical skills in SQL, C#, Crystal Reports, and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, inventory management, manufacturing, and operational processes; manufacturing industry experience preferred. Experience supporting ERP systems through ticketing systems, troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement. Proven ability to analyze complex issues, manage multiple priorities, and quickly learn new systems and technologies in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused team player who is adaptable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
