Job Description

Introduction IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers (FNCs) are high-delivery, team-based environments where professionals work onsite to deliver real business solutions for clients. At FNC, associates collaborate closely with experienced practitioners to support enterprise systems that drive core business operations, including finance, supply chain, procurement, and human resources. Our delivery model emphasizes learning through real-world experience, structured training, mentorship, and teamwork. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, learning quickly, and working in an in-person, collaborative delivery environment. In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers , where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. Your role and responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include:
    Support Client Operations:
    Assist clients in the operational support of Maximo EAM Solutions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and resolving issues as needed.
      Lead Functional Discussions:
      Lead functional discussions with internal and client teams to identify and implement minor enhancements to existing Maximo-based solutions.
      • Collaborate with
      Design Teams:
      Work with design, build, and test teams to ensure successful solution delivery and implementation.
        Enhance Existing Solutions:
        Identify opportunities for minor enhancements to existing solutions and lead discussions to implement changes. Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise
          Knowledge of EAM Solution Delivery:
          Exposure to the delivery and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management solutions, including identifying opportunities for minor enhancements.
          • Familiarity with
          Functional Discussions:
          Experience participating in functional discussions with internal and client teams to identify and implement solution enhancements. Preferred technical and professional experience
            Maximo EAM Solution Knowledge:
            Exposure to Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solutions, including their operational support and maintenance, is beneficial for this role.
              EAM Solution Delivery Experience:
              Familiarity with the delivery and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management solutions, including identifying opportunities for minor enhancements, is advantageous.
                Functional Discussion Participation:
                Experience participating in functional discussions with internal and client teams to identify and implement solution enhancements is desirable.
