Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Builder Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical sales experience, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional cabinetry solutions while expanding our market presence. Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the building industry Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships Conduct territory management to maximize sales opportunities across assigned regions Present product features and benefits effectively to clients, including builders, contractors, and designers Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape Achieve or exceed established sales targets through strategic planning and persistent outreach Support inside and outside sales activities by coordinating appointments and conducting product demonstrations Skills Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or territory management within the building or construction industry Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship-building skills Ability to perform effective lead generation through cold calling and prospecting efforts Familiarity with sales management systems and technology sales processes Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets in a remote or outside sales environment Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data and customer needs Experience with customer service excellence and upselling strategies Knowledge of CRM software proficiency for managing customer interactions efficiently Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members Join us as a Builder Sales Representative if you are passionate about driving growth through innovative sales strategies and building lasting client relationships.
