Frisco, TX In this position, you'll be based in our Frisco office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. We give you a world of potential We're looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Sales Analyst to help transform how data is collected, managed, analyzed, and presented across our Sales organization. In this role you will partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams. You'll play a critical role in turning complex data into meaningful insights that support business growth, improve performance, and drive better decision-making. This role goes well beyond standard reporting. You'll have the opportunity to help build the foundation for how the business manages sales and operational performance data, providing strategic insight into opportunities, risks, and trends that directly impact business results. A role you will love As a Sales Analyst, you'll serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by developing dashboards, executive reporting, performance metrics, and advanced analytical insights that support sales and partnership activities. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify trends, improve reporting visibility, and develop recommendations that drive growth and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical analytics expertise with strong business acumen and the ability to communicate insights effectively across a variety of audiences.Other key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions Analyzing operational, sales, pipeline, and account portfolio data to identify trends and business opportunities Supporting pipeline management, forecasting, and scenario modeling activities Delivering weekly and monthly reporting with meaningful insights and recommendations Developing presentations and reporting for leadership teams and business reviews Partnering with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Account Management teams to support business objectives Translating business questions into actionable analysis and recommendations Supporting KPI development, reporting standardization, and data governance initiatives Proactively identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for business improvement Working across multiple systems and data sources to improve reporting accuracy and business visibility What will you bring to the role?Required:
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role supporting operational teams Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics platforms Strong SQL experience Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience presenting data, trends, and insights to stakeholders Ability to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy Ability to anticipate business needs Strong communication skills for executive audiencesPreferred:
