6 to 12 Months Project Overview One of our clients is executing an SAP ECC to Oracle migration and is seeking a strong Senior Conversion Tech Lead to support their current implementation all the way to post go-live conversion activities. The ideal candidate must be highly hands-on, execution-focused, and capable of driving conversion tasks independently while coordinating with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead conversion activities for SAP ECC to Oracle migration Support post go-live stabilization and conversion processes Create and execute mock conversions Perform conversion validation, data validation, and reconciliation activities Drive execution and coordinate with business teams to ensure deliverables are completed Troubleshoot and resolve conversion-related issues during and after deployment Provide hands-on leadership across technical conversion workstreams Should be responsible for the cutover activities during Go Live Required Technical Experience Strong SAP ECC conversion/migration experience Experience supporting Oracle migration/conversion initiatives Deep understanding of Finance modules:

AP AR GL
