Security Sales Rep - Commission Only

Overview We're a licensed private patrol and investigations firm (PPO #122346 / PI #189348) organized as a California Public Benefit Corporation. We need someone who can sell contract security services to institutional clients across Southern California. This is a 1099 contractor engagement. You must operate independently. Pay 10% commission on every contract you close , paid monthly for the life of the agreement Most contracts run 3-10 years Commission grows when clients expand hours, add locations, or increase rates Residuals on added services (investigations, consulting, supplemental security) Signing bonus on contracts of one year or more No base, no draw, no cap One good client can pay you for a decade. What You're Doing Finding organizations that need private security or patrol services, getting in front of decision-makers, walking sites, and closing contracts. You coordinate with our leadership on pricing and terms. Everything else — pipeline, schedule, methods, territory — is yours.

Target verticals:

HOA management companies, property managers, private schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial/institutional properties across Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, and San Diego.
