The Opportunity You will be the technical and solution authority for qualified opportunities, partnering with Account Executives from discovery through technical validation and handoff. You will understand how a prospect manages maintenance, assets, people, inventory, compliance, and reporting; identify the operational gaps that matter; and turn DreamzCMMS capabilities into a credible solution and business-value narrative. It is a consultative pre-sales role for someone who can lead a room, listen carefully, challenge assumptions constructively, translate complex operational workflows into a clear story, and remove uncertainty from the buying process. What You Will Own Partner with Account Executives throughout mid-market and enterprise sales cycles, from discovery and solution strategy through technical close and implementation handoff. Lead structured discovery with maintenance, reliability, operations, facilities, IT, and executive stakeholders to uncover business drivers, current workflows, success measures, decision criteria, and technical constraints. Design and deliver tailored, industry-specific demonstrations and trial environments using relevant asset structures, work-order scenarios, workflows, reports, and customer data when appropriate. Scope and lead technical proofs of concept or proofs of value, including agreed use cases, success criteria, responsibilities, risks, and next-step recommendations. Translate requirements into solution designs and own validation across workflows, reporting, mobile execution, permissions, integrations, APIs, security, configuration, and data migration. Support RFI, RFP, security, and technical questionnaire responses, clearly distinguishing standard capabilities, configuration, integrations, and custom requirements. Create repeatable demo stories, vertical solution packages, discovery guides, and pre-sales collateral, while coaching Account Executives on product and industry positioning. Act as the voice of the prospect by routing recurring pain points, product feedback, competitive insights, and market opportunities to Product, Delivery, and Marketing. Maintain accurate CRM notes covering requirements, stakeholders, risks, commitments, open questions, success criteria, and handoff details without making unsupported promises. What Success Looks Like Prospects feel understood because discovery and demonstrations reflect their operating environment, priorities, data, and language. Qualified opportunities progress with a clear technical win, documented business value, stakeholder alignment, and agreed next steps. Proofs of value remove product uncertainty, while reusable discovery tools and vertical demos improve sales consistency and speed. Product and Delivery teams receive accurate, implementation-ready requirements with no unsupported commitments from the sales cycle.
