Support sale of High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Chromatography, and similar instruments.
  • Deliver technical presentations regarding all aspects of instruments and consumables.
  • Assess potential applications of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specification reports.
  • Implement detailed customer installation requirements.
  • Provide post-sales technical and application assistance in response to customer enquiries.
  • Disseminate technical information on specific applications to service personnel, sales representatives, and clients.
  • Train and educate clients and junior sales associates on products.
