Deliver technical presentations regarding all aspects of instruments and consumables.
Assess potential applications of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specification reports.
Implement detailed customer installation requirements.
Provide post-sales technical and application assistance in response to customer enquiries.
Disseminate technical information on specific applications to service personnel, sales representatives, and clients.
Train and educate clients and junior sales associates on products.
