Job Description
Your day-to-day may include:
+ Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases + Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals + Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing + Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption + Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment + Provide post-production support + Assist with full life cycle implementations + Assist teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures + Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization) + Other duties as assigned You have the following technical skills and qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, SCM, Information Technology, MIS or related field required + Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level + Experience with a full life cycle implementation of Oracle ERP or similar applications + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports + Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle ERP Applications + Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects + Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives + Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice + Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40% The base salary range for this position is between $110,400 and $140,760. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton's discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity.
