The Frontier's services in Connecticut have never been more competitive or more in demand. Our Wireless Product Specialist will be the face of that transformation for our customers As a Wireless Product Specialist, you will become the trusted sales advisor who helps our customers upgrade their connectivity and entertainment experience. The Wireless Product Specialist will then connect with our customers in their own spaces, evaluate their current needs, and demonstrate how Frontier internet and TV services compare to the competition. Responsibilities of the Wireless Product Specialist Engage our customers in person to showcase Frontier's internet services, emphasizing how reliable connectivity supports remote work, streaming, and online learning. Leverage the strategic power of the Frontier integration personally to position our fiber network as the premier alternative to outdated cable providers. Conduct home utility and internet speed audits to identify bandwidth bottlenecks and present cost-effective upgrade packages. Overcome customer hesitations and competitive objections using value-focused sales techniques and real-time network comparisons. Complete customer sign-ups, service verification, and account scheduling on-site using digital tablet applications to ensure seamless installation delivery. Consistently hit weekly sales quotas, sales targets, and customer acquisition metrics alongside fellow Wireless Product Specialists. Qualifications of the Wireless Product Specialist A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus, but not required. Enthusiasm for mobile technology and customer-centered sales. Adaptable to evolving wireless technology, product launches, and sales campaigns. Team-oriented mindset focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
