Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Job Summary Triplemart is seeking a reliable, motivated, and tech-savvy individual to help manage the day-to-day operations of our growing store. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background and interest in computers who is eager to learn and grow. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training to operate our printing equipment and will also assist with customer service, shipping services, inventory, sales transactions, online orders, and general store operations. This role carries responsibilities similar to a store manager and is well suited for someone who has a genuine passion for technology, customer service, and helping a business succeed. Key Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day operation of the store. Provide excellent and professional customer service. Operate printing equipment after training is provided. Assist customers with printing and related store services. Help with shipping services, including UPS and other shipping needs. Manage inventory and store supplies. Process customer orders and handle sales transactions. Keep the store clean, organized, professional, and secure. Support online orders and other store-related tasks. Work as part of the team to support the growth of Triplemart. Qualifications Strong background and interest in computers. Willingness and ability to learn printing equipment and other store services. Good communication and people skills. Reliable, honest, responsible, and dependable. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. Basic technical skills; professional certification is not required.
