Technical Engineer Location Brookshire, TX Salary:

You take initiative. You drive results. Here's what we're looking for. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics, forklift maintenance, or battery technology. Experience with lithium-ion batteries and BMS/BMU systems preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations, WMS systems, and inventory control processes . Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills . Excellent communication and customer support abilities . Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse receiving operations , verifying incoming materials for accuracy in model, quantity, and quality; enter data into WMS systems . Execute shipping processes , including order picking, packaging, labeling, and shipment verification using FIFO inventory methods . Perform cycle counts and inventory audits , reconciling discrepancies and maintaining accurate inventory records. Maintain a clean , organized warehouse and optimize storage and material flow . Diagnose and perform repairs on batteries and chargers , including returned products. Inspect incoming batteries to ensure quality and compliance standards . Provide technical support to customers and dealers , troubleshooting hardware and system issue s. Develop expertise in battery systems, BMS/BMU technologies, and related software/tools .
