We are looking for a motivated and friendly AT&T Entry Level Representative to join our team in the San Antonio area. Whether you have experience in telecommunications or are new to the industry, we provide the training and support you need to succeed. As an AT&T Entry Level Representative, you'll engage with customers directly, understand their needs, and recommend solutions that improve their lives. AT&T Entry Level Representative Key Responsibilities:

Meet with customers directly, and present AT&T promotions and services that could best be suited for the customer Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized recommendations for AT&T services such as wireless, internet, TV, and cell phones Maintain an in-depth understanding of AT&T products, promotions, and special offers Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and long-term satisfaction Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer service through sales Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized recommendations for AT&T services such as wireless, internet, TV, and cell phones

AT&T Entry Level Representative Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required Must be 18 years of age or older Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to learn quickly and stay updated on the latest technology trends Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively Ready to represent a leading telecommunications brand and help customers connect with the best products and services?
