The Verizon Wireless Associate will serve as a local expert, helping customers upgrade to Verizon for unmatched connectivity. The Verizon Wireless Associate's sales expertise will ensure customers understand the value of Verizon's speeds. As a Verizon Wireless Associate, you'll complete sales training on the new wireless tiers designed for value without extra clutter. The Verizon Wireless Associate will then conduct sales consultations that help customers understand how better connectivity improves their daily lives. Responsibilities of the Verizon Wireless Associate Engage in bilingual conversations to solve issues with Verizon while securing mobile sales. Highlight the cost savings of the Verizon service. Lead onsite demos of the newest smartphones, focusing on how they interact with Verizon's ultra-low latency. Provide a high-integrity sales experience by handling all service migrations and device setups with professional accuracy. Show customers how to use new AI features on their phones, positioning Verizon as the essential home base for tech. Maintain an expert understanding of sales incentives to offer the most competitive mobile and fiber bundles. Qualifications of the Verizon Wireless Associate Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Sales-driven mindset with focus on promoting Verizon plans. Excellent communication skills for customer education and support. Capacity to simplify technical details for non-technical customers
