Job DescriptionWe are seeking individuals who have an interest in technical problem solving, 3D modeling, and project management to fill the position of Product Support Specialist for our Fredericksburg location. The Engineered Solutions team plays a key role in designing and developing Kaesers line of packaged compressed air systems. Come work with this highly skilled and motivated team to create tomorrows compressed air stations! This is an entry level position.

Duties include:

Creating drawings, service documents, bills of materials, assembly workflows, and test plansDesigning packages from the ground up using CAD modeling software Researching and validating new design conceptsWorking with assembly team to resolve choke points in production and streamline the efficiency of current and future buildsWorking with external partners to ensure quality and on-time delivery of the product lineCollaborating with teammates and various departments to develop solutions for customer RFQsWorking with senior personnel for on-the-job training What We OfferCome and see our campus in Fredericksburg, VA.
