Entry Level Sales Representative

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of Verizon working face-to-face with customers to understand their internet and wireless needs while recommending solutions that are reliable, affordable, and tailored to them. Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the entire process—from consultation to installation and follow-up satisfaction. Work face-to-face with customers delivering expert recommendations and support. Build and manage customer accounts by engaging in conversations that uncover service needs. Train alongside experienced Entry Level Sales Representatives to become well-versed in Verizon's offerings and service systems. Address customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and foster a team-focused environment.

Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Strong customer focus and a passion for providing exceptional service. Quick adaptability with new technology and systems to accurately input and track customer information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in handling challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of wireless, internet, or telecom services is a plus, but not required. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred. Commission-Based average earnings $900 to $1300 per week

Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
