Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assess their wireless service needs through active listening and product knowledge. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase device features, plans, and accessories. Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Upsell additional products, services, or plans to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively to attract customer attention. Handle retail store product knowledge confidently to answer customer questions about devices, plans, and accessories. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or in person, ensuring a professional experience at all times. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments. Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling is essential. Experience in merchandising, stock management, and retail store product knowledge is advantageous. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette.
