Job Purpose and Impact The Sample Room Specialist will organize, structure and handle all samples requests from sales and technical services. In this role, you will coordinate the sourcing and shipping of products, reporting on the sample requests, and supporting the product development team with lab activities. Key Accountabilities Coordinate and document the tasks to identify, order and prepare delivery of samples and parcels following standard procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with the different warehouses to ensure the stock and replenishment of standard items for the sample room. Maintain inventory management for supplies and cleaning of sample room. Report key performance indicators from the customer sampling activities and present the results. Support chocolate and compound product development in the lab. Understand and comply with safety regulations and other procedural compliance regulations. Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
