Telemarketing Representative Purple Construction Inc Alhambra, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $23 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Active listening Phone canvassing Prospecting Telemarketing Customer interaction during outreach Full Job Description We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Representative to join our construction team. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our project estimators.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling:
Contact homeowners to offer free our construction estimate.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule consultation meetings for our sales department.
Follow-Ups:
Maintain contact with warm prospects who requested future follow-ups.
Requirements Experience:
Minimum 1 year of telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong persuasion skills.
Attributes:
Resilient mindset, high energy, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
