The Stephanie Younger Group at Compass is excited to offer positions in our Agent Launch Pad (ALP) Sales Intern Program —a 90-day immersive experience designed to provide you with a dynamic, structured, and supportive entry into the real estate industry.

OBJECTIVE

This 90-day role is an intensive, performance-driven training program crafted to develop the conversational skills and daily habits essential for excelling as a full-time buyer's Agent on our team. The program emphasizes execution and is structured to instill the daily disciplines of a high-performing agent—accountability, time management, measurable activity, disciplined CRM pipeline management, and proactive follow-up—while enhancing interpersonal skills and consultative conversation expertise through real-world application. The primary focus is on outbound lead generation and sales proficiency. Participants are expected to engage in daily calling, master approved scripts through continuous role-play and real-world use, effectively overcome objections, properly vet and manage leads, and consistently set appointments for our team agents. Success in the program comes from adhering to proven processes and applying skills daily with measurable execution. This is an in-office role, Monday through Thursday, with Open House field work on Sundays, for a schedule of no more than 29 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct 150+ prospecting calls/emails/texts daily Achieve a minimum of 30 appointments successfully held between team agents and prospective clients in 90 days Shadow open houses and gain proficiency in MLS, FUB, and our SYG Buyer Consultation Presentation Learn our proprietary sales system and CRM workflows Collaborate closely with agents, sales managers, and leadership

Schedule:

Part-Time, Monday - Thursday (in office), Sunday (open house field work) not exceeding 29 hours/week.

This is an in-office position located in Westchester, CA.

Compensation Perks:

$18/hour $25 bonus for every met appointment
