Job Description

We're hiring motivated individuals who are ready to begin a career as an Entry Level Life Insurance Phone Representative. In this position, you'll speak with prospective customers, understand their needs, educate them on available life insurance solutions, and help move qualified individuals through the enrollment process. No previous sales experience is necessary. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to build confidence and develop a successful career. Responsibilities Make outbound calls and follow up with individuals who have expressed interest. Learn about each customer's needs through professional conversations. Explain life insurance options in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Build rapport and provide a positive customer experience. Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to the appropriate advisor. Record accurate customer information and notes within the CRM. Follow company guidelines, sales processes, and compliance requirements. Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings. Consistently meet daily activity and performance expectations. Qualifications No previous sales or insurance experience required. Strong communication and listening skills. Comfortable speaking with people over the phone. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Able to stay persistent and professional when handling objections.
