We're Hiring Experienced Automotive BDC Representatives Honda of North Hollywood is growing our Sales Business Development Center and looking for experienced Automotive BDC Representatives who know how to turn internet leads and customer inquiries into confirmed, shown appointments . If you're confident on the phone, comfortable working in a CRM, persistent with follow-up, and understand that setting the appointment is only the beginning , we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, emails, and internet leads. Respond quickly and professionally to new customer inquiries. Set, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments. Re-engage canceled and no-show appointments and unsold opportunities. Work previous customers and other dealership-generated opportunities. Keep customer information, notes, and activity accurate in the CRM. Work closely with Sales Managers and the Sales Team to make sure customers are taken care of. Meet department goals for activity, appointments, confirmations, and shows. What We're Looking For Automotive BDC or dealership experience strongly preferred. Excellent phone and communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the appointment. Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a CRM and managing multiple opportunities. Competitive, motivated, reliable, and accountable. Coachable and willing to learn and improve. Professional, positive, and able to work well with a team. We're especially interested in experienced automotive BDC representatives, but strong candidates with transferable phone, customer-service, or sales experience are encouraged to apply.

$18.42 per hour
