The primary focus of this role is to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and increase sales, while ensuring smooth delivery coordination. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business close sales and achieve monthly targets Receive and process customer orders Coordinate with dispatch team and drivers to ensure timely delivery Follow up on payments and maintain client accounts Requirements Proven experience in sales network in construction, real estate, or contracting industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and self-motivated Basic knowledge of logistics/dispatch coordination Key Skills Sales & business development Client relationship management Negotiation & closing deals What We Offer base + commission Growth opportunities Supportive team
