The White Dress is seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Stylist to join our dynamic team! The White Dress is a couture bridal store located in Corona Del Mar, California This commission and tip with hourly based position will be under direction of the Owner and Managers. The Sales Associate/Stylist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales results. This person will engage and sell to new customers and develop long-term relationships with their existing clients.

An outgoing, spirited nature Ability to successfully engage with a wide variety of personality types A desire to help brides feel beautiful Ability to multitask Passion for selling Polished and professional appearance A sense of style Impressive Phone Skills Comfort calling customers by telephone to invite them for appointments and events A commitment to customer service and follow-up Previous sales/face to face experience required Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday Be able to lift wedding gowns and assist others with trying them on Ability to use keyboard, telephone, computer, and other business related equipment, work with various software, Word/Excel and QuickBooks and able to adapt to a new software. Report to Manager about sales and strategies Must be able to work flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends due to business needs of The White Dress. Looking forward to hear from you!
