Job Description
We are hiring motivated, reliable, and professional individuals to join our expanding team as Entry-Level Life Insurance Inbound Call Representatives. In this role, you will speak with prospective customers who have already expressed interest in life insurance. You will handle incoming calls, learn about each customer's situation, explain available coverage options, and guide qualified applicants through the application and enrollment process. No previous insurance or sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, proven call scripts, ongoing coaching, and continued support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from individuals interested in learning more about life insurance coverage. Create a positive and professional experience while building trust and rapport with prospective customers. Ask questions to better understand each customer's coverage goals, family situation, health history, and budget. Explain available life insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options in simple and understandable terms. Help customers evaluate different options based on their individual needs. Guide eligible customers through the application and enrollment process. Follow up with interested prospects when additional communication is necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, application status, and follow-up activity within the CRM. Follow approved call scripts, company procedures, privacy guidelines, and applicable compliance requirements. Participate in scheduled training sessions, coaching meetings, and team development activities. Maintain expectations for attendance, productivity, customer service, and overall performance. Qualifications No previous life insurance or sales experience is necessary. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the workday. Dependable, motivated, coachable, and willing to learn. Ability to explain information clearly and confidently. Comfortable working in a structured, performance-focused environment. Basic computer, typing, and data-entry skills. Ability to follow established processes, scripts, and company systems. An active life insurance license is a plus but is not required at the time of application.
