Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities through outbound calling and market research. Experience Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling roles with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools used for managing customer data and sales activities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an energetic approach that motivates prospects and builds rapport.
