Worxweb Solutions is recruiting an MCA Fronter on behalf of a financial sales organization in Lake Worth Beach, FL. This is an in-office, dialer-based role with a $750/week base, a clear daily KPI of one front per day, and escalating weekly bonuses for agents who consistently over-perform.

$750.00/week base + daily spiffs + weekly front bonuses | Estimated $50,000 to $90,000+ annually About Our Client Our client is a Merchant Cash Advance sales organization with an in-office dialer team focused on cold calling and connecting qualified business owners with closers. Daily spiffs reward same-day performance and end-of-week bonuses reward agents who consistently exceed their daily front target. Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls via power dialer to connect with business owners and qualify prospects for MCA funding. Front qualified deals to closers efficiently and accurately. Meet a daily KPI of one front per day as a minimum performance standard. Maintain accurate activity logs and CRM records. Operate at high call volume and dial consistently throughout the shift. Requirements Outbound phone sales experience required. Experience in the Merchant Cash Advance space is strongly preferred. High-energy, self-motivated work style with strong phone communication skills. Comfortable with cold calling and high daily dial volume. Must be able to work in-office in Lake Worth Beach, FL Monday through Friday. No license required.

Compensation Base pay:

$750.00 per week Daily spiffs: Earned per front made each day

End-of-week front bonuses:

5 fronts in a week: $100 bonus 7 fronts in a week: $200 bonus 10 fronts in a week: $300 bonus
