This is a full-time, in-person opportunity with hourly compensation + commission structure, designed for professionals who thrive in consultative sales environments and know how to build trust with clients navigating major life decisions. We are building a structured, ethical, and customer-focused operation dedicated to helping international clients explore education, relocation, and global mobility opportunities with clarity and confidence. This is not a transactional sales role — we are looking for professionals who can create long-term relationships and deliver a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultative meetings to understand each client's profile and international goals
  • Present suitable international pathways and mobility solutions based on each case profile
  • Guide clients through structured onboarding and follow-up processes
  • Manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and scheduled follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records and pipeline activity inside the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external legal partners when necessary
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Participate in training sessions, call reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Fluent Portuguese (required)
  • Fluent English (required)
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in sales, customer service, consulting, admissions, or call center environments preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and high-impact client decisions professionally
  • Comfortable working in a structured, goal-oriented environment
  • Valid U.S. work authorization required
  • Availability for full-time, in-person work in
