PM Job Description:

American Impact and Energy operates under Atlas Remodeling LLC, a growing construction and home improvement company with multiple brands across Florida. We are seeking an experienced outbound phone sales professional to handle high-volume calls to homeowners, present energy and home improvement solutions, set qualified appointments, and convert leads in a performance-driven environment. This role is not entry-level.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to homeowners Present energy and home improvement solutions clearly Handle objections and build rapport over the phone Set qualified appointments consistently Meet daily and monthly sales targets Maintain professional call quality standards

Compensation & Incentives:

Base pay of $5,000 per month Performance-based bonuses Realistic earning potential of $7,000

•8,000+ per month for top performers

Qualifications:
