PrideStaff is seeking a dependable and engaging Client Outreach Specialist for a temporary seasonal position running from October through December. This role focuses entirely on connecting with an established book of existing clients to schedule annual insurance review appointments. There is zero cold calling required. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a phone-based customer service role and prefers steady daytime hours without nights or weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Call active client accounts to schedule appointment times for upcoming policy reviews. Manage appointment calendars accurately in the scheduling system. Verify current contact information and update records in the database. Deliver polite, professional, and clear communication on every call. Send appointment confirmations and handle follow-up calls or rescheduling as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, call center, or outbound phone operations. Background or familiarity with healthcare, health insurance, or medical office administration is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with basic computer applications, scheduling software, and database entry. Dependable attendance with full availability for the October through December assignment.
