Medical Spa Front Desk & Appointment Coordinator Facial Mania Med Spa - St. Petersburg, FL Facial Mania Med Spa is looking for an energetic, personable and sales-driven Medical Spa Front Desk & Appointment Coordinator to join our award-winning St. Petersburg team. This is a client services and sales-focused position . A major part of your day will be communicating with new and existing clients by phone, text and social media, following up with incoming leads, explaining treatments and promotions, and converting inquiries into booked appointments and prepaid treatments. There is no cold calling . Our marketing generates incoming leads and client inquiries, and your job is to build rapport, provide excellent service and confidently turn that interest into appointments and sales. What You'll Do Call and text incoming leads who have expressed interest in our treatments and promotions Convert inquiries into booked appointments and prepaid treatments or packages Follow up consistently with leads who haven't booked Answer incoming calls, texts, emails and social media messages Explain treatments, pricing, promotions, memberships and packages Handle common questions and objections and confidently ask for the appointment or sale Schedule, confirm and manage appointments while helping maximize provider schedules Greet and assist clients in person and provide an excellent client experience Check clients in and out and maintain accurate client information Collect deposits and payments and accurately apply discounts, credits and promotional pricing Sell memberships, treatment packages and skincare products Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in our scheduling and CRM systems Follow Facial Mania's established sales, scheduling and client-service procedures Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, confident on the phone, tech-savvy, detail-oriented and highly coachable . You should be comfortable selling over the phone and through text, discussing pricing, asking clients to book or prepay, and communicating professionally with clients in person. Because you'll regularly work with treatment pricing, promotions, discounts, deposits, memberships and payments, strong attention to detail and basic math skills are essential.
