ANSER IOWA IS CURRENTLY SEEKING RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE INDIVIDUALS

  • We provide service to doctors, service industry professionals and others.
  • We take messages and dispatch calls according to each company's needs.
  • We provide the best hospitality and set the tone for every caller's experience with those businesses.
WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Good telephone etiquette. Good communication skills as well as ability to work with others in close manner. Able to type 40 wpm, some computer skills helpful. Able to deliver excellent customer service, Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies. Able to maintain customer confidentiality. Able to work day, evening and overnight shifts when needed.
COMPENSATION
  • Competitive starting pay with additional $1.00 per hour for weekend differential pay.
  • There are also opportunities to increase your hourly rate with our perfect attendance bonus and our call criteria bonus.
This is currently a part-time position with an average of 20 hours per week, however there may be more hours available in the future. . This position will include day shifts, evening shifts and possible overnight shifts. It also includes weekend and holiday shifts.
