Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and bilingual professional to join our team as a Brand Representative. In this full-time, on-site role, you will represent our clients inside retail locations by connecting with customers, providing product information, and helping create a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, and is confident communicating in a customer-focused environment. What You'll Do Interact with customers in both English and Spanish. Introduce customers to featured products and promotions. Answer questions and provide accurate product information. Build positive customer relationships through professional communication. Help maintain an organized and welcoming promotional area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily objectives. Attend training sessions to stay informed about products and company updates. Qualifications Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day. Reliable, professional, and eager to learn. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.
