Salary Range:

At least 6 months of telemarketing or customer service experience.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

Telephone Etiquette:

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.

Customer Focus:

High level of professionalism and an ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

Motivation:

A positive attitude and self-motivation to achieve targets and goals.

Team Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities Outbound Calls:

Conduct calls to potential clients with the intention of generating interest in our insurance products and securing sales.

Client Engagement:
