Job Description
We're hiring an Entry Level Customer Representative who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive customer experiences. As an Entry Level Customer Representative , you'll receive hands-on training in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Responsibilities of an Entry Level Customer Representative Collaborate with team members to evaluate customer interactions and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Meet directly with customers to educate them on Verizon products, services, and promotional offerings. Manage daily sales activities while maintaining organization and efficiency. Gather customer feedback and sales data to help identify trends and improve sales strategies. Learn company sales techniques, standard operating procedures, and customer service best practices. Continuously develop your sales and communication skills through ongoing training and coaching. Maintain a positive, professional attitude that contributes to a productive team culture. Practice and refine sales presentations to confidently achieve individual and team sales goals. No prior sales experience is required as we provide the coaching, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed and grow within the company. Skills and Qualifications of a Entry Level Customer Representative Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and teammates. High school diploma or equivalent required. Willingness to learn new processes, accept coaching, and grow in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Ability to analyze sales performance and customer interactions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to develop professionally in a performance-driven environment.
