Job Description
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products or services and answer customer queries. Persuade prospects to purchase by providing compelling information. Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and campaign execution.
