Bring your exceptional communication skills to Cambridge Honda . As a high-volume, established local dealership, we are expanding our team with experienced call center and BDC professionals. We supply the incoming customer inquiries—your only focus is scheduling the appointments.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage Incoming Digital & Phone Traffic:

Promptly respond to direct phone calls, online requests, emails, and text messages.

Schedule Guest Visits:

Secure firm showroom appointments for our sales team with zero cold calling required.

Maintain Client Relationships:

Utilize our dealership CRM system to log client details and systematically follow up with prospective buyers.

Candidate Requirements:
